We had such an amazing stay here, 100% recommend. Super friendly lady check-in us in and out. Huge room and bed and all very clean. Fresh towels ánd beach towels.

Le fait de pouvoir échanger avec le staff avant et pendant le séjour via WhatsApp permet une bonne organisation et de répondre aux différentes interrogations. De plus l'hôtel envoie différentes choses à faire sur l'île ainsi que leurs tarifs. Des adresses où manger ainsi que le numéro de chauffeurs de taxi bien réactifs Nous avons passé un séjour agréable malgré la météo

My husband and I had the most relaxing and beautiful stay at DK House! Lucia is so warm and welcoming. She suggested really great restaurants, arranged a taxi for us, and was so pleasant throughout our stay. The location is 100/10 - in a very serene area of the island, lots of fun day clubs nearby, and if you like walks along the beach very accessible to get to main town area and Punta Cocos on opposite end. The beachfront and pool were very well maintained and there are the sweetest pups that visit. Highly recommend booking here for a very pleasant stay on Isla Holbox!

Our stay was a last-minute booking for one night, and it served its purpose well. This is more of a house or suite rather than a hotel - convenient but basic. If you're looking for extensive amenities beyond a room and a pool, this may not be the place for you. However, for our needs, it was great. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool area was fantastic, opening directly onto the beach. The on-site team was excellent - friendly, communicative, and helpful.

The room is amazing. Great spot if you want to relax, outside of the city center. The outdoor space construction is not finished and it was a bit noisy in the morning.

We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. The vicinity/location was perfect for us, it’s a far enough from the centre that it’s reasonably quiet and so relaxing. The beach/hotel itself, the views are amazing! Our room got cleaned every day as we bought sand in from the beach and the cleaner was great. But the best thing by far was the amazing staff!!!! Carolina and all of the workers were exceptional, so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Just on this fact alone, we’ll be trying to come back yearly!! Best staff ever and best hotel ever! We loved holbox so much.

very pleasant stay at DK House Boutique- it's only newly opened (I think last month) so still settling in somewhat, but its a lovely peaceful place to be. very clean and chic. The concierge Carolina and Lucia were very helpful and so friendly. room was quite bare inside (could do with a bit more decor) but this might be because its so new. The pool and the beach and fab, and beautiful setting overlooking the beaach. our room was nice although we would have benefitted from a thicker blind from the floodlight outside our room. its quite far from the ferry and we made a mistake in trying to walk there after big rains on a pretty impassable road, so advice is definitely to take a taxi there and spare yourself the hassle! 250 pesos.
